(hereinafter, "Onix Board", "we", "the Platform"), based in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, provides this Privacy Notice to ensure the right to protection and proper processing of the personal data of our users, clients, and visitors. 1. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING Primary purposes (essential for the service): • Create and manage your Onix Board account • Provide access to contracted modules • Process payments, subscriptions, and billing • Manage posts, automations, and content • Manage your social media integrations • Provide technical support, improvements, and maintenance • Fulfill obligations arising from the contractual relationship • Ensure the security and proper functioning of the platform Secondary purposes (optional): • Send promotional or informational communications • Conduct statistical analysis on Onix Board usage • Offer new products, services, or updates • Create usage profiles to improve user experience If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may request this by emailing soporte@onixboard.com. 4. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA Onix Board does not request or store sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP. Any such data entered by the user is their responsibility and is not part of the service purposes. 5. DATA TRANSFERS We may share your data only in the following cases: a) Service providers necessary for platform operation Includes servers, cloud hosting, payment processing tools, external APIs, security systems, among others. b) Integrations you authorize Examples: Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, Google, X/Twitter, among others. c) Competent authorities When legally required or for the exercise or defense of a right. Onix Board does not sell or commercialize your personal data to third parties. 6. ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION) You may exercise your ARCO rights regarding your personal data at any time.
